60 grams or less of marijuana;
60 grams or more of marijuana.
To convict the Defendant of criminal possession of marijuana, the State must prove the following elements:

60 grams or less of marijuana;
60 grams or more of marijuana; and
2. That the Defendant acted purposely or knowingly.
