Brent Flowers, a courtroom veteran and dynamic trial attorney, joined forces with Greg Beebe to form Beebe & Flowers Law Firm in 2018.
With easily over a hundred jury trials under his belt, the courtroom is Brent’s home. He is at ease in all situations, whether its cross-examining hostile witnesses, pleading the case to a jury or judge, or otherwise passionately defending his clients.
Combined, Greg Beebe and Brent Flowers have taken between 150 to 200 cases to trial.
His calm demeanor perfectly compliments the intensity that Greg Beebe brings to the courtroom. Together, they are formidable team in any courtroom scenario.
Brent brings significant additional major crime experience to the firm. From deliberate homicides to serious sex crimes, Brent is at ease defending those in situations where most lawyers outside of the Beebe & Flowers Law Firm fear to tread. For instance, Brent has successfully argued for the exclusion of the death penalty as the sentence prior to trial in a triple murder case in Kentucky, where he originally hails from.
Brent is also immersed in civil rights litigation, as well as other civil litigation, including Rogers et al. v. Lewis & Clark County et. al , a class-action lawsuit demanding justice for the thousands of citizens illegally strip searched at the Lewis & Clark County Detention Center.
Brent graduated from the University of Louisville Law School in 2005. He served on the editorial board of the University of Louisville Law Review in 2004 and 2005.
When not practicing law, Brent is likely at home with his family, still thinking about the law.
